| Organization / workspace | The company context containing its team and records |
| Lead | An inquiry or opportunity that can be converted into a borrower relationship |
| Borrower | The person associated with a profile and one or more loans |
| Co-borrower | An additional borrower associated with a loan or joint application |
| Role | A person’s general responsibilities and starting access |
| Permission | The ability to view information or perform a particular action |
| Access grant | An explicit loan-specific staff access record |

| Loan file | One transaction’s information, application, requirements, and activity |
| Pipeline / workflow status | The current stage recorded for the loan |
| Condition | A requirement to collect, review, satisfy, or waive |
| Clear to Close / CTC | A stage or category used when preparing for closing |
| URLA / 1003 | Uniform Residential Loan Application |
| MISMO XML | A structured mortgage-data file used for lender exchanges |
| OCR / extraction | Recognition of information from an uploaded document |

| Webhook | A connection that sends events to a configured external destination |

| Workspace integration | A connection scoped to the organization by the integration card |
