Open My Profile
Go to My Profile. The profile groups information into Personal Info, Addresses, Former Residences, Employment & Income, Assets & Liabilities, Real Estate, Military Service, and Security.
Update your information
- Choose the relevant category.
- Edit the supported fields.
- Use the save control for that section.
- Wait for confirmation before leaving or switching away.
Some fields, such as existing identity information, may be read-only. Contact your lender if a read-only detail needs correction.
Keep contact information current
Review your first and last name, primary phone, other phone numbers, and address. Accurate contact details help your lender reach you and keep your application information consistent.
Change your password
Open Security and enter the current password, new password, and confirmation in the password form. Follow the password requirements and wait for confirmation.
If you do not know your current password, use the password reset flow from the sign-in page instead.
Profile and application
Your profile contains reusable information about you. Each application belongs to a particular loan. Review the actual application before submitting; do not assume a profile edit changes every previously submitted application.
