Start with the dashboard
The dashboard shows loan counts and your current pipeline. Select a loan to open its file. Use Loans for the dedicated loan list.
Find the right section
| Section | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Loans | Create loans and open existing files |
| Borrowers | Manage borrower profiles |
| Leads | Track inquiries and convert them |
| Conditions | Review requirements across loans |
| Document Inbox | Find uploaded documents across borrowers |
| Email Inbox | Review connected Gmail messages |
| Settings | Company profile, team, vendors, pricing, integrations, and billing |
Switch organizations
Use the organization selector in the sidebar. The selected organization determines the loans, borrowers, and settings you see. Check the organization name before creating or changing a record. If a file seems missing, confirm you are in the correct workspace.
Understand access
The navigation depends on your roles, and individual actions depend on your permissions. For example, team management is available to owners and admins, while billing is reserved for the owner. A disabled action does not necessarily mean something is broken.
Ask an owner or administrator to check team permissions if you need access for your work.
Open a loan file
Select a loan from the dashboard or Loans. Inside the file, use the tabs for Loan Info, Application (1003), Conditions, Documents, Emails, History, Notes, and Access, subject to your permissions. See loan details for each tab’s purpose.
