Inside a loan file

Understand the loan tabs and find information without losing the file context.

Open the file

Choose a loan from Loans. Every loan has its own page. The header identifies the borrower and loan, with the workflow status available for permitted staff to update.

Tabs and actions depend on your access. E-signature is currently unavailable in the app; see feature availability.

Check identifiers

Use Loan Info to distinguish the Mina Loan ID from lender identifiers. Where editing is available, confirm the intended lender and identifier before saving. Use the same identifiers when discussing a file with your team.

Open the borrower

Select the borrower link in the loan file to open their profile. The borrower record describes the person, while the loan record describes one transaction. A borrower can be associated with more than one loan.

Follow your first loan for the end-to-end sequence, or application exports when preparing a lender file.
