Find a loan
Open Loans or the dashboard. Use the available search, filters, and sortable column headings to find the file. Select the loan to open its details.
If the loan is missing, check the organization selector and your access before creating another file.
Understand workflow stages
| Stage | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Credit Building | Preparatory work before a loan moves forward |
| Lead | An early-stage loan opportunity |
| Submission | Preparing or submitting the file |
| Processing | Gathering information and working through requirements |
| Underwriting | The file is in the underwriting stage |
| Conditional Approval | Approval subject to remaining requirements |
| Clear to Close | The team is preparing to close |
| Funded | The team has recorded the loan as funded |
| Withdrawn | The loan is no longer proceeding |
Your team decides when a file meets the requirements for a stage. Selecting a status records that decision in Mina Pro.
Change the status
- Open the loan file.
- Use the Status selector in the header.
- Choose the appropriate workflow stage and wait for the save to finish.
- Check History when you need to review the change.
Workflow status and file status
Workflow Status is the pipeline stage. File Status is a separate file-tracking value, such as Broker Review, Submitted to Lender, Doc In, or Prior to Funding. Read both in Loan Info; do not assume that changing one automatically changes the other.
See loan details for the rest of the file.
Duplicate as a new loan
On the dashboard, open a loan’s summary drawer and select Duplicate as new loan when available. Review the prefilled borrower, purpose, amount, property, occupancy, and sales price in the Duplicate Loan form before creating it. Add a co-borrower if applicable.
This starts a separate loan from the selected basic details. Review the new file and complete its own application, conditions, and documents rather than assuming the original file’s work was copied.
