Before exporting
Open the loan’s Application (1003), review the information, and save current changes. Export controls require access to sensitive borrower information. If they are missing, ask your administrator to review your permissions.
Download the URLA PDF
- Select Download URLA PDF.
- Wait while the file is generated.
- Open the generated download. If your browser blocks the new window, use the download link shown in the workspace.
- Review the PDF before sharing it with a lender.
Export MISMO XML
Select Export MISMO XML and wait for generation. Use the resulting file with the lender workflow that requires it. If a fallback download link appears, open that link to retrieve the file.
Mina Pro also provides a MISMO validator. Use the validator’s instructions when checking an XML file.
If an export fails
Read the message shown in the application. Resolve missing or invalid application information and retry. An error is not a successful export: confirm that the file actually downloaded and opens.
Review the output
Check the borrower names, property, loan details, and relevant sections against the saved application. Follow the receiving lender’s requirements for submission. Continue with conditions to track outstanding requirements.
